Cycling:
This is a fun and intense work out on our state of the art stationary bikes. Go at your own pace. Great for burning calorie and toning up your legs and abs.
Times: Tues & Thurs 5:30 A.M & 4:30 P.M. Mon & Wed 5:30 P.M.
Sat 8:00 A.M.
Body Sculpt:
Work out in a fun class environment with steps, bands and weights. Burning calories and toning your muscles. For all ages and levels.
Times: Mon/Wed/Fri 9:15 A.M.
Step:
Strengthen your lower body and improve cardio endurance using step. Especially helpful for toning legs and calves.
Times: Mon/Wed 5:30 A.M. & Tues/Thurs 9:00 A.M.
Circuit Training:
Get stronger today. This class allows you to use exercise machines combined with body weight exercises.
Times: Mon/Wed/Fri 10:30 A.M. Child care provided
Circuit Lite Class:
All the intensity of an aerobics class without muscular stress and jumping. Great for aerobic first-timers and those with arthritic conditions. Learn the benefits of stretching.
Time: Tue & Thurs 10:30 A.M.
Core Fusion:
This class uses a lot of the pilates and yoga exercises. Have fun working out with stability balls, stretching bands and lightweights. This class will strengthen you core!
Time: Mon & Wed 4:45-5:30 P.M.
Yoga:
Using the technique from the original Yoga Practice, this class uses breathing and stretching to draw you away from daily stresses allowing you to clearly focus on becoming a better you. This class is design to help blood flow and flexability. Mon/Wed/Fri 8:15 A.M.
Zumba:
Its an effective, easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness class. Have fun while gettting in shape! Tues/Thur 8:00 A.M. & Tues/Thur 5:30 P.M.
